Lower Leg Stretch
An intermediate stretch for the calf muscles. Keep heel of back leg on the ground and lean forward until you feel a stretch. You can hold on to a chair or table if you need to.

To strengthen the core muscles. To increase the sense of balance.

Rotating Lotus
Rotating Lotus
Assume the lotus position on top of the balance board. Gently rotate the body in a clockwise direction while maintaining balance for 10-12 cycles. Repeat in an anti-clockwise direction.

To exercise the shoulder and arm muscles.
